At Shade & Stitch, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer export-quality garments and stand behind every item we sell. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and fairly.
Please read this policy carefully before placing a return request. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging in the same condition it was received
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
- Returns must be pre-approved — please contact us before sending anything back
Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons only:
- Wrong Item Received: You received a different product than what you ordered
- Defective or Damaged Product: The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
- Wrong Size Delivered: The size delivered does not match what you ordered
- Significantly Different from Description: The product is materially different from what was shown on our website
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to submit your return request:
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the same method used for your original payment
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in a condition that shows signs of use or missing packaging
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must meet the same return eligibility conditions listed in Section 01
- If your requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead
- Exchange items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately — do not attempt to use or wash the item.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label
- A full refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, before it is dispatched
- To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you must follow the return process instead
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days
