Return Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all original tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging in the same condition it was received
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Returns must be pre-approved — please contact us before sending anything back
Non-Returnable Items: Sale or discounted items, items marked "Final Sale", items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • Wrong Item Received: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Defective or Damaged Product: The item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong Size Delivered: The size delivered does not match what you ordered
  • Significantly Different from Description: The product is materially different from what was shown on our website
Please Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or minor color variations due to screen display differences.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to submit your return request:

Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at minhaz.osman@icloud.com or call +880 1886 089507 with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.

Await Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a Return Approval confirmation with further instructions.

Pack & Ship the Item
Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging. Ship it to our Mirpur address using a trackable courier service. Please keep the tracking receipt.

Refund or Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item (within 1–2 business days), we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item promptly.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the same method used for your original payment
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account
  • Partial Refunds: May be issued for items returned in a condition that shows signs of use or missing packaging
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
Return Shipping Cost: For defective or wrong items, Shade & Stitch will cover the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must meet the same return eligibility conditions listed in Section 01
  • If your requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead
  • Exchange items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately — do not attempt to use or wash the item.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage
  • We will arrange a free return pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label
  • A full refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you
Tip: We recommend filming a short video when unboxing your order. This helps resolve any disputes quickly and ensures a smooth return process.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, before it is dispatched
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you must follow the return process instead
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days
